Misc. Projects

Project Abbelene is not just about the projects I do to sell, but stuff I do for my house as well. I recently worked and re-hab'd a Craig's List dresser I bought for $75. My requirement was that it had to be real wood and the drawers had to all be functional. It is all of those things! I was very pleased when I rolled into a shady storage unit complex to pick this bad boy up! Re-doing furniture is very therapeutic and gives me something to do each nothing (other than sit on my couch browsing facebook posts, of course!) I worked on this for about two weeks because life got in the way some nights. I used four paint colors on this total. It went from a boring light brown (sorry, no before! ACK! I got a new phone and lost the pics) to this!

I was going for a "beachy" vibe to go with the rest of the decor in our house. I really like how it turned out!
